For the drive shaft—a core component of this tapping chuck—we have custom-developed premium alloy steel with a denser microstructure, offering superior strength and performance compared to conventional materials. This ensures a solid foundation for high-precision tapping chucks.

The chuck body is constructed from high-strength seamless steel tubing, delivering enhanced mechanical properties.

Internally, we use high-grade standard components, with the disc spring (made of premium spring steel, 60Si2MnA) being particularly critical—surpassing the typical 50CrVA used by competitors.
