DA Collet

Product Description

DA Collet is a high-precision clamping tool, which is specially designed for CNC machine tools (CNC lathes, milling machines, machining centers) to clamp tools, drill bits or workpieces. Its name comes from its unique double-angle conical surface design (usually 30 at the front end and 15 at the rear end), which provides stronger clamping force and stability.

Product Advantages

30 conical surface at the front end of DA Collet: enhance clamping rigidity and reduce vibration. 15 conical surface at the rear end: optimize the distribution of locking force and prolong the service life. The jumping accuracy is usually ≤0.005mm (depending on the model), which is suitable for precision machining. It can be matched with standard tool holders (such as DA series tool holders) and adapt to mainstream machine tool interfaces (BT, HSK, etc.). Using alloy steel (such as SCM435) and carburizing heat treatment, the surface hardness reaches HRC58-62, and the wear resistance is excellent. Slotted structure (usually 4-8 slots) can realize fast clamping and releasing, and improve machining efficiency.
