5C Square Collet

Product Description

5C Square Collet is a precision fixture specially designed for clamping square or rectangular workpieces, which belongs to the standard derivative of 5C chuck series. It is widely used in CNC machine tools, lathes, milling machines, grinders and automatic processing equipment, and is suitable for square workpiece processing scenes that need high precision and fast clamping. Its design is compatible with the standard 5C chuck sleeve, which can be seamlessly adapted to most 5C chuck systems.

Product Advantages

The inner hole of 5C Square Collet is square structure, which can stably clamp square or rectangular bars and tools to avoid rotating and slipping. Made of high-quality spring steel (such as SAE 6150), after heat treatment and precision grinding, the clamping concentricity (usually ≤0.01mm) and repeated positioning accuracy are ensured. It conforms to the international standard of 5C chuck (1-1/16 inch outside diameter and 1.238"-20 TPI thread) and is suitable for general chuck sleeve or power chuck. Some models are plated with nickel or phosphating to improve wear resistance and rust resistance. Through the matching pull rod or push rod mechanism, the workpiece can be quickly replaced and the production efficiency can be improved.
