ER Spring Collet (English) is a kind of high-precision fixture, which is widely used in CNC machine tools, milling machines, drilling machines and other processing equipment to clamp tools (such as milling cutters, drills, reamers, etc.). The English version is specially designed to adapt to the tool with inch as the unit, and meets the processing requirements in North America and other regions where English standards are used.

ER spring chuck (English) is made of high-quality spring steel (such as 65Mn and SUJ2) or stainless steel, which has both high hardness and toughness. Tempering after overall quenching, nickel plating or nitriding on the surface to improve wear resistance and rust prevention ability. The grinding accuracy of the inner hole reaches ±0.005mm, ensuring the concentricity of clamping. The clamping diameter range covers the commonly used British sizes (such as 1/16 ",1/8", 3/16 ",1/4", etc.), and supports step-by-step or continuous adjustment (depending on the model). Compatible with ER series collet nuts (such as ER-16, ER-20, ER-25, ER-32, ER-40, etc.) and suitable for spindle interfaces of different machine tools. Evenly distributed slits provide uniform clamping force and reduce tool eccentricity. Comply with DIN 6499 standard, and ensure reliable locking with machine tool spindle. It is matched with the spring chuck nut to support the rapid loading and unloading of tools and improve the processing efficiency.
