5C Collet Chuck is made of hardened alloy steel. The heat treatment process improves the wear resistance, ensures the clamping accuracy to be stable within ±0.005mm, and meets the strict requirements of precision turning and grinding. Support the workpiece diameter range from 1/16 "to 1-1/16" (about 1.6mm~27mm), adapt to the standard 5C elastic collet, and replace the collet in only a few seconds, greatly shortening the downtime. Integrated structure design, dynamic balance processing, to avoid vibration during high-speed rotation; Built-in dustproof sealing ring prolongs the life of key components and reduces maintenance cost. It can be matched with automatic tensioning mechanism (such as pneumatic/hydraulic drive) and seamlessly integrated into CNC machine tools or manipulator systems to realize efficient operation of unmanned production lines.
