Product Description

ER Coolant Collet is a precision clamping tool specially designed for efficient machining. It combines the high-precision clamping function of traditional ER spring chuck with the design of built-in coolant channel, and can directly deliver coolant (cutting fluid) to the tool or workpiece during machining. This design significantly improves the heat dissipation efficiency, chip removal performance and machining quality, and is especially suitable for high-speed machining, deep hole machining or difficult-to-cut materials (such as titanium alloy and stainless steel).

Product Advantages

ER Coolant Collet chuck is internally integrated with a coolant channel, and the coolant can directly flow to the tool tip through the chuck, so as to accurately control the cooling direction and flow rate, reduce the cutting temperature, reduce the tool wear and prolong the service life. It conforms to DIN 6499 standard, and the precision level reaches the highest level of ER chuck (for example, within 0.005mm), ensuring minimal tool runout and improving the surface finish. Support standard ER series models (such as ER-11, ER-16, ER-20, ER-32, etc.), and adapt to most CNC machine tools, machining centers and tool holder systems. Made of high-quality alloy steel or stainless steel, it has high strength and corrosion resistance after heat treatment and surface hardening, and is suitable for high speed and heavy cutting conditions. With the use of ER nut, it is convenient to assemble and disassemble, support rapid tool change, reduce downtime and improve production efficiency.
