HSK-GSK Windless Collet Chuck adopts a 1:10 hollow short cone with double-sided contact (conical surface+end surface) to ensure ultra-high rigidity and repeated positioning accuracy (≤0.002mm), and the flange end surface comes standard with a drive keyway, which is compatible with mainstream CNC machine tools. The surface of the knife handle adopts spiral groove diversion structure to reduce air turbulence and reduce vibration and noise when rotating at high speed (up to 50,000 RPM). Lightweight titanium alloy material reduces the weight by 20% compared with the traditional handle, further reducing the influence of centrifugal force. Through the built-in hydraulic expansion mechanism to directly clamp the collet, the traditional pull rod structure is omitted, the potential loosening risk is reduced, and the clamping stability is improved. Support ER/TG/DA series collet, clamping range is 0.5-25mm, and it is suitable for milling cutter, drill bit, tap and other tools. Pre-adjusted balance ring is standard, and the dynamic balance level can reach G1.0(ISO 1940 standard), ensuring smooth operation at ultra-high speed.
