BT SLN End Mill Holder(BT standard side-locked end mill handle) is a kind of high-precision and high-rigidity machine tool handle, specially designed for CNC machining center, which is used to hold the end mill and drill for precision machining such as milling and drilling. It adopts BT taper interface (7:24 taper) of Japanese JIS B 6339 standard, is compatible with the spindle of mainstream machining center, and combines with SLN (Side Lock) design to provide stable clamping force and excellent dynamic balance performance, which is suitable for high-speed and heavy cutting scenes.

BT SLN End Mill Holder conforms to JIS BT specifications (such as BT30, BT40, BT50, etc.), and is perfectly adapted to the spindle of machining center to ensure high-precision positioning and repeated clamping stability. 7:24 taper design provides excellent torsional rigidity and is suitable for heavy cutting and high-load machining. The cutting tool is directly fixed by the side locking screw, which has simple and reliable structure and uniform clamping force, and avoids the cutter from sliding or vibrating during machining. Suitable for clamping straight shank milling cutters (such as end mills and keyway milling cutters). The common clamping diameters range from φ 3 mm to φ 32 mm (specific models are optional). Made of high-quality alloy steel, after quenching and tempering heat treatment and surface nitriding treatment, the wear resistance and fatigue strength are improved. Precision grinding technology ensures that the coaxiality between the inner hole of the tool holder and the conical surface is ≤0.003mm, thus ensuring the machining accuracy.Jiehe Manufacturing produces a comprehensive range of  tool holders with ample inventory, meeting the standards of various countries.

High Rigidity and Stability: tool holders secure tools with lateral screws, featuring a simple structure and high rigidity. They can withstand significant cutting forces, ensuring stability during machining.

Bore Tolerance:

The bore tolerance of the tool holder is H5 grade, a precise tolerance level that ensures a high-precision fit between the tool and the holder, minimizing vibration and errors.

At a rotational speed of 15,000 rpm, the tool holder achieves a dynamic balance grade of G6.3. This indicates excellent balance during high-speed rotation, effectively reducing vibration and ensuring stability and surface quality during machining.
