45°Square Shank Boring Bar Type A is a high-rigidity tool specially designed for precision boring. It adopts a unique 45 square shank structure, adapts to standard square shank tool holders (such as ISO or ANSI specifications), and provides excellent torsion resistance and stability. It is suitable for internal hole machining and end cutting in lathes, milling machines and machining centers, especially for workpieces with strict requirements on accuracy and surface smoothness.

The contact surface between the 45 square shank and the tool rest of the 45°Square Shank Boring Bar Type A is increased, which reduces the cutting vibration and improves the machining stability, and is suitable for large cutting volume machining. The torsional strength is improved by 30% compared with the traditional round handle, which avoids the precision loss caused by the deformation of the handle. The cutter head can be equipped with high-precision boring blades (such as CBN/PCD or coated blades), with a minimum machining aperture of Ø6mm and a tolerance of ±0.01mm. The surface hardening treatment (HRC58-62) of the arbor is wear-resistant and impact-resistant, and the service life is prolonged. Support quick-change cutter head design, adapt to a variety of blade specifications (such as DNMG, WNMG, etc.), and quickly switch different processing requirements. Square shank size standardization (such as 12×12mm and 16×16mm), compatible with mainstream brand tool rest systems. Optional Through Coolant channel design can directly cool the tool tip and improve chip removal efficiency. It is suitable for deep hole machining and difficult-to-cut materials (such as stainless steel and hardened steel). Alloy steel material combined with hollow weight reduction design reduces centrifugal force during high-speed rotation, and the maximum adaptation speed is 8,000 RPM.
