Product Advantages

EOC OZ Collet adopts high elastic alloy steel (such as 16MnCr5), and combines vacuum heat treatment and cryogenic treatment to improve fatigue resistance. Surface coaTiNgs (such as tin and DLC) enhance wear resistance and prolong service life. The wall thickness of the chuck is uniform, which ensures the uniform distribution and rapid response of the clamping force. Built-in dustproof sealing ring prevents chips from entering the chuck. Some models support Quick-Change function, and the tool changing time is shortened to seconds. Adapt to mainstream tool holder interfaces (HSK, BT, CAPTO, etc.), and support interchangeable use with ER and TG series chucks.
