How to use Hydraulic chuck?

1. When installing the cutting tool, the hydraulic toolholder must be turned clean the moisture and oil stains of the inner hole and the outer diameter of the tool held clean.This helps with tool clamping and accuracy

1. Do not clamp before the tool is put in, The chuck not used for a long time. Or not in the tool, please loosen the pressure screw of the chuck, To prevent long time air pressure,affect the accuracy of the inner hole.

2. The tool insertion length held by hydraulic chuck should not be less than L(look at the chart)。 Otherwise it will make hydraulic chuck hole deformation, poor accuracy,oil leakage, tool slip, and soon stuation

3. When the hydraulic handle is pressurized, the T-type spanner should be screwed The screw is fully rotated to its limit.

4. Hydraulic chuck clamping tool should be with intolerance range, The tolerance of tool diameter p4can be used HS.other used H6.

5. The geometry of the tool used for hydraulic chuck is full circle.Do not use with cutting tools made with a flat on the shank.

6. Do not use locking screw of non original accessories,and do not Modify hydraulic chuck appearance size.
